Switching one for another would be on a par with buying measuring tools instead of a saw to cut something just because they both have the word tool attached to their name.
Having staff becoming ill will lead to decreased productivity, whilst for those in trades such as the hospitality trade, not using the right cleaning products and chemicals will almost certainly lead to members of the public falling ill and your reputation taking a huge hit.
Different chemicals are specifically designed for certain jobs, so even if one seems to do something similar, there is a chance it may not be as effective as you need it to be when using it for something it wasn’t designed for.
So even if some of your other processes relax a little as time goes by, ensure that one thing that doesn’t is your attention to keeping things clean, and in turn safe.
